Quality Assurance personnel with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Taskforce Power Restoration, Andrew Imig and Micheal Nordhaus inspect and inventory KVA – 25 transformers as they arrive in the Palo Seco Warehouse and Laydown yard on January 20, 2018, in San Juan Puerto Rico. The transformers shipped by air then transported to the Palo Seco warehouse for distribution to the local vendors.
