Roberto Stevanato, Mestre Center for Historical Studies president, informs Col. Vincenzo Tozzi, Aviano Italian base commander, and Col. David Chace, 31st Fighter Wing vice commander, of the heroic acts of Richard Fairfield and William Platt after a WWI memorial ceremony, Jan. 26th, 2018, at Mestre, Italy.
