The U.S. Army 443rd Civil Affairs Battalion retires their colors as the 404th Civil Affairs Battalion raises theirs during a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Feb. 3, 2018. The 404th will conduct military-to-military engagements to strengthen partner nation capacity and relationships with local military forces, civilian populations and civilian authorities.
