Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 3rd Class Jack Montgomery, assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 5 (EODMU-5), drops a buoy to mark the location for underwater mine countermeasures training in Apra Harbor, Guam, Feb. 7, 2018.
