Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 3rd Class James Webb, assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 5 (EODMU-5), adds air to a Zodiac F580 inflatable boat onboard Naval Base Guam, Feb. 7, 2018. EODMU-5 conducts counter IED operations, renders safe explosive hazards and disarms underwater explosives.
