(February 7, 2018) A Naval Air Station Whidbey Island (NASWI) emergency response team triages injured bystanders as part of a mass casualty drill during the annual anti-terrorism exercise Solid Curtain-Citadel Shield (SC-CS) in the NASWI Air Terminal. SC-CS is an anti-terrorism and force protection exercise conducted by Navy installations within the continental United States to ensure that the Navy is ready to respond to changing and dynamic threats at all times.
