Hill, the Command Sergeant Major of the International Security Assistance Force/ U.S. Forces-Afghanistan, spoke about past and present history of the U.S. Army during an observance day ceremony June 14 in honor or the Army's 236th birthday. The ceremony was held at the ISAF Headquarters in Kabul and approximately 200 soldiers and coalition forces attended.
