Col. James Miller, 173rd Fighter Wing Commander, points to the outdated bulding behind him that currently houses the 173rd Security Forces Squadron June 9 at Kingsley Field, Klamath Falls, Ore., during the ground breaking ceremony for the Joint Armed Forces Reserve Center. When completed the building will house the 173rd Security Forces Squadron and Charlie Troop, 1-82nd Cavalry, Oregon Army National Guard.
