Marines from 3rd Assault Amphibian Battalion participate in a Marine Corps Martial Arts Program class where they battled each other with pugil sticks at Camp Pendleton, June 15. MCMAP is designed to enhance Marines' hand-to-hand and close quarter combat skills. During the course the students will learn fighting and self-defense techniques and skills necessary to move on to the next belt level.
