Judges of this year’s Fuerzas Comando competition, evaluate the competitor’s targets during the night assault shooting event. At this event, competitors used their handgun and a handheld flashlight as they tried to shoot two rounds of ammunition into seven targets at varying distances of five, seven and 15 meters within a 25 second interval. Fuerzas Comando, established in 2004, is a U.S. Southern Command-sponsored special operations skills competition and senior leader seminar which is conducted annually in Central and South America and the Caribbean.
