    II Marine Expeditionary Force   

    Petty Officer 2nd Class Christopher Duke places a tourniquet on a Marine during a simulated casualty evacuation during the infantry platoon battle course as part of a deployment for training at Fort Pickett, Va., Feb. 21, 2018. The course provided corpsman the opportunity to improve medical evacuation procedures, and work with their counterparts in a large scale combined arms range. The deployment for training refines collective warfighting skills and functions in order to prepare for future combat operations.
