    22, of Gainesville, Mo., was a soldier in the U.S. Army serving in support of Operation New Dawn in Iraq. He died on June 8 of injuries sustained when enemy forces attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device in An Najaf province, Iraq. A memorial service is
    scheduled for 3 p.m. June 19 at the First Christian Church in Gainesville, Mo. England will be the first soldier killed in action to be interred at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery at Fort Leonard Wood. Fort Hood, Texas. (Army photo/Michael Curtis)
