(Feb. 27, 2018) Sailors and Soldiers aboard the Military Sealift Command’s expeditionary fast transport vessel USNS Spearhead (T-EPF 1) depart Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story in preparation for Continuing Promise 2018.
