Coast Guard members render salute for the National Anthem during the Valent Hall dedication ceremony at Coast Guard Sector/Air Station Corpus Christi on Mar. 2, 2018. Valent Hall is named after Chief Boatswain's Mate Pablo Valent who was the recipient of the Coast Guard's Silver Lifesaving Medal following a heroic rescue on Sept. 16, 1919 of an eight-man crew during a deadly hurricane.
