Petty Officer 3rd Class Benjamin Whaley, intelligence specialist, receives his Seabee Combat Warfare Specialist pin from 25th Naval Construction Regiment and Task Force Overlord Commodore, Capt. Allan M. Stratman, during a ceremony at the 25 NCR compound on Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. Whaley is the third member of the regiment to earn his SCWS pin while deployed to Afghanistan.
