Johnson with the CNIC’s 2018 Installation Excellence Award after the command placed third in the Navy’s “Small Command,” category March 6. Pacific Missile Range Facility Barking Sands (PMRF) is the world's largest instrumented multi-environmental range capable of supported surface, subsurface, air, and space operations simultaneously.
