BARKING SANDS, Hawaii (March 6, 2018) – Vice Adm. Mary M. Jackson Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) visits Pacific Missile Range Facility’s (PMRF) child development center during her visit to PMRF. PMRF is the world’s largest instrumented multi-environmental range capable of supported surface, air, and space operations simultaneously.
