Naval History and Heritage Command Director Rear Adm. (Ret) Sameul Cox, discusses the value of Combat Artists and their history to the United States Navy in the new exhibit, "Scenes from our Navy: Combat Art of the Twenty-First Century." The exhibit invites artist to tell the stories behind the subjects on display and their experience as combat artists.
