CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait – Maj. Gen. Victor Braden, 35th Infantry Division commanding general, thanks his soldiers for their hard work and dedication over the past nine months during the Task Force Spartan transfer of authority ceremony March 8, 2018. The Pennsylvania Army National Guard’s 28th Infantry Division’s headquarters and headquarters battalion assumed responsibility from its counterpart.
