A pallet of cement blocks is unloaded by a Surinamese contractor at the construction site where a new clinic is being constructed in Alkmaar, June 25, 2011. Soldiers with the South Dakota Army National Guard’s 155th Engineering Company are building the structure during the 2011 New Horizons Training Exercise. New Horizons is a cooperative humanitarian mission between the Suriname government and the United States Southern Command with the goal of helping to improve the quality of life for the people of Suriname.
