Robert Etchberger, brother of Chief Master Sgt. Richard L. Etchberger, stands in front a monument in honor of his brother and eleven others at the 50th Anniversary memorial service of Lima Site 85, on Gunter Annex, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, March 12. 2018. Lima Site 85 was the location of a covert operation during the Vietnam War where 12 Americans went missing or lost their lives fighting the enemy, including Chief Etchberger who was killed during extraction.
