San Juan, Puerto Rico, March 22, 2018 - Casa Blanca is a 16th century structure that once belonged to Juan Ponce de León. The structure of the building was compromised by Hurricane María and thanks to various government agencies and the private sector, this historical building was repaired. Most of the rebuilding work was done by inmates from The Puerto Rico Department of Correction. FEMA/Eliezer Hernández
