A U.S. Army Soldier assigned to the 859th Engineer Company from the Mississippi Army National Guard verifies the level status of a vertical support beam, which will soon begin to resemble a gazebo. These Soldiers spent their annual training at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center’s Hohenfels Training Area, Hohenfels, Germany, building several construction projects March 11 – 31. For many of the younger Soldiers this is the first time building anything of this scale since their initial military occupational skill training. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt. David Overson)
