Lt. Gen. David Rodriguez, the outgoing commander of NATO's ISAF Joint Command, receives the NATO Meritorious Service Medal from ISAF commander Gen. David Petraeus July 11 for his hard work and dedication throughout his more than two consecutive years as the IJC commander. Rodriguez handed over command to Lt. Gen. Curtis Scaparrotti, commander of I Corps and the newest leader of IJC.
