180331-N-YJ378-0078 PACIFIC OCEAN (March 31, 2018) Marine snipers assigned to the Maritime Raid Force Reconnaissance Detachment stand watch during a force protection exercise aboard San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23), during an amphibious squadron and 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) integration (PMINT) exercise. PMINT is a training evolution between Essex Amphibious Ready Group and 13th MEU, which allows Sailors and Marines to train as a cohesive unit in preparation for their upcoming deployment.
