Sgt. David Richardson of the 488th Military Police Company recites the Noncommissioned Officer's Creed in front of three command sergeants major, at the the 240th Regiment Regional Training Institute in Bangor, on April 6, 2018. When completed the creed he will be interviewed and scored on his answers, uniform, facing movements, and courtesies. He is competing in the state level of the Best Warrior Competition. The Soldiers in this competition are hand picked from over 2000 soldiers in the Maine National Guard as the best representatives the state has to offer.
