180403-N-AZ808-1042 SINGAPORE (April 3, 2018) Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97) peel vegetables with Singapore locals during a community relations project at Willing Hearts Soup Kitchen. Halsey is currently underway with the Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group on a regularly scheduled deployment to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts.
