NORTH ARABIAN GULF, Kuwait — U.S. Navy Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) run to a UH-60 Black Hawk to perform re-fueling procedures during Deck Landing Qualifications performed by Soldiers assigned to the 449th Combat Aviation Brigade in the North Arabian Gulf April 1, 2018. DLQ training familiarizes Soldiers and Sailors with proper operations that can be used to transport cargo to remote locations over water.
