Beltram was one of 15 attendees from the Phoenix Recruiting Battalion’s Educators Tour for 2018. The purpose of the two-day tour was to provide a comprehensive orientation and overview of Fort Huachuca for the attendees, who included teachers, superintendents and school counselors from the battalion area of influence.
