U.S. 5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (April 13, 2018) The Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7), back, and the Harpers Ferry-class dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), front, steam alongside the Henry J. Kaiser-class fleet replenishment oiler USNS Big Horn (T-AO 198) during a replenishment-at-sea. Oak Hill, home-ported in Virginia Beach, Va., is on a regularly scheduled deployment to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of maritime security operations to reassure allies and partners, and preserve the freedom of navigation and the free flow of commerce in the region.
