The White Beach Festival is jointly hosted by Commander, Fleet Activities Okinawa (CFAO) and Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force, Sub-Area Activity Okinawa (SAAO) to reciprocate the hospitality that the Okinawa community has shown the U.S. forces stationed in Okinawa.
