Lt. Gen. Eric B. Schoomaker, U.S. Army surgeon general, spoke to soldiers in the medical community about his ten initiatives to improve the medical field at a Madigan Army Medical Center town hall meeting July 14. The Culture of Trust is one initiative that affects everything in the medical community. The key to this initiative is confidence.
