Corp. Kevin Loeffler, Bravo Troop, 3rd Squadron, 71st Cavalry Regiment "The Ghost Squadron", trains Ugandan Officers on M4 Primary Marksmanship Instruction in preparation for Marksmanship training.
1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division is hosting the UPDF officers at Fort Drum. The training will help develop the UPDF for the Peace Support Operations Training Center in Singo, Uganda, and increase the UPDF’s ability to respond and deploy for Peace Keeping Operations in Uganda.
