LTC Lowell, Commander, 3rd Squadron, 71st Cavalry Regiment "The Ghost Squadron" gives an introduction brief to four Ugandan Peoples Defense Force officers who will be conducting familiarization training with the unit for two weeks. 1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division is hosting the UPDF officers at Fort Drum. The training will help develop the UPDF for the Peace Support Operations Training Center in Singo, Uganda, and increase the UPDF’s ability to respond and deploy for peace keeping operations in Uganda.
