David Hurley, chief of defense force, and Australian army Lt. Gen Ash Power, chief of joint operations, during a visit to the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown. USS Germantown, commanded by Cmdr. A.D. Hull, is participating in Talisman Sabre 2011, a bilateral command post and field training exercise designed to maintain a high level of interoperability between U.S. and Australian forces.
