A sailor watches as an MH-60 Sea Hawk circles the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown and the amphibious command ship USS Blue Ridge. Commander, 7th Fleet Vice Adm. Scott Van Buskirk, along with his staff, the U.S. ambassador to Australia and other U.S. military officials and dignitaries from Australia, visited the ship to tour the facilities during Talisman Sabre 2011. USS Germantown, commanded by Cmdr. A.D. Hull, is participating in Talisman Sabre 2011, a bilateral command post and field training exercise designed to maintain a high level of interoperability between U.S. and Australian forces.
