Staff Sgt. Timothy Dougherty and a Ministry of Health employee carry a stack of medical awareness posters to a MoH truck that transported the posters and other teaching materials to medical facilities across the al-Anbar province. Doughery is the non-commissioned officer in charge of the Civil Affairs Planning Team attached to the 2nd Advise and Assist Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, and a native of Connecticut. The 2/82 and the Anbar Provincial Reconstruction Team donated seven ultrasound machines, medical textbooks, and medical awareness posters to the Ministry of Health in the Al-Anbar province.
