180424-N-WF272-051 PACIFIC OCEAN (April 24, 2018) Aviation Ordnancemen and Naval Aircrewmen, assigned to the “Sea Knights” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC 22), attach an LAU-61 rocket launcher to an MH-60S Seahawk helicopter on the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6) prior to a live-fire exercise. Bonhomme Richard, which had been forward-deployed since 2012 as the Amphibious Force 7th Fleet flagship, is transiting to San Diego as part of a homeport change and where it is scheduled to undergo upgrades to operate the F-35B Lightning II.
