Sprague with the 88th Readiness Division gives his presentation to attendees to the installation observance of the Army Reserve’s 110th birthday April 23, 2018, at the Staff Sgt. Todd R. Cornell Noncommissioned Officer Academy at Fort McCoy, Wis. Dozens of people attended the event. The Army Reserve was founded on April 23, 1908, when Congress authorized the Army to establish a Medical Reserve Corps, the official predecessor of the Army Reserve.
