Rebecca Liscum, the descendant of Col. Emerson Liscum; Joseph Berg, the Fort Carson Museum director; Lt. Col. David Uthlaut, commander of the 4th Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment, 1st Styker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Divison; Command Sgt. Maj. Charles Pittman, battalion senior enlisted advisor; and Bear Criteser, honorary sergeant major of the regiment, together unveil the Liscum Bowl during a ceremony April 25, 2018, at the Fort Carson Museum. The bowl had been on display in the 2nd Infantry Division museum at Camp Casey, South Korea, but it was recently returned to the 4th Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment, the only active duty element of the 9th Infantry Regiment still in existence, and will be displayed at the Fort Carson Museum.
