FORT BENNING, Ga. (May 1, 2018) – Maj. Gen. Gary M. Brito, left, Maneuver Center of Excellence and Fort Benning commander, and Command Sgt. Maj. Scott A. Brzak, right, MCoE and Fort Benning command sergeant major, present 2nd Lt. Tatjana Carranza the Volunteer of the Year certificate. More than 70 Soldiers, retirees, Family members and civilians were recognized at the 2018 Volunteer Awards Ceremony at the Benning Club at Fort Benning, Georgia, April 26. Volunteer of Excellence Awards were presented to individuals who volunteered at least 500 hours and to organizations that have provided distinguished volunteer service in 2017.
