FORWARD OPERATING BASE JACKSON, Sangin District, Helmand province, Afghanistan - Adm. Mike Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, speaks to U.S. Marines and sailors with 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, at Forward Operating Base Jackson, Afghanistan, July 30. Mullen came to visit the battalion's battle space and speak of the progress made over the course of 1/5's deployment. “It’s good to be back with you.
