As part of Military Appreciation Weekend, Michael Henderson and his wife, Connie, both San Antonio residents, receive a guided tour of the historic Quadrangle at Fort Sam Houston, Texas May 5. Henderson said this was his first time he had the opportunity to visit Fort Sam Houston in the 11 and a half years that he’s lived in San Antonio. The Quadrangle was one of many stops on the guided hourly tours of the installation. “The most interesting fact I learned was about Geronimo’s time at the Quadrangle,” said Henderson.
