    The official party cuts the ceremonial ribbon during the U.S. Army Forces Command and U.S. Army Reserve Command building dedication and flag uncasing ceremony on Monday, Aug. 1 at Fort Bragg, N.C. The ceremony marks the completion of the congressionally mandated 2005 Base Realignment and Closure action moving both FORSCOM and USARC headquarters from Fort McPherson in Atlanta.
