U.S. Army Reserve Command Commanding General, Lt. Gen. Jack C. Stultz, gives his remarks during the U.S. Army Forces Command and U.S. Army Reserve Command building dedication and flag uncasing ceremony on Monday, Aug. 1 at Fort Bragg, N.C.
