Rolando Rodriguez, an engineer with 28th Infantry Division, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, participate in Engineer Week, a week-long opportunity for Kuwait Land Forces and U.S. Army engineers to interact and share knowledge in their technical and tactical professional engineer methodologies, April 9-13.
