CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait – U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Melvin Vasquez, a Soldier assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 449th Combat Aviation Brigade performs the flex-arm hang portion of the stress competition during the fourth annual Best Cyber Ranger Competition at the Zone One Events Tent, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, May 9, 2018. The stress competition was a three-part, team event including the flex-arm hang, weapons proficiency and the seated power throw. The Best Cyber Ranger event is a competitive and fun interactive learning experience within the realm of cybersecurity designed to facilitate a culture of awareness to reduce the risk and increase security posture of the Army, Department of Defense, and personal networks.
