Jimmy Li, a Soldier assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 126th Aviation Regiment assembles the M16 rifle during the stress competition portion of the fourth annual Best Cyber Ranger Competition at the Zone One Events Tent, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, May 9, 2018. The stress competition was a three-part, team event including the flex-arm hang, weapons proficiency and the seated power throw. The Best Cyber Ranger event is a competitive and fun interactive learning experience within the realm of cybersecurity designed to facilitate a culture of awareness to reduce the risk and increase security posture of the Army, Department of Defense, and personal networks.
