NORFOLK, Va. (May 14, 2018) -- Master Chief Electrician's Mate Harold McMillan, from Dunn, North Carolina, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) engineering department, receives his Master Chief combination cover from Master Chief Machinist's Mate Helen Henderson during the Master Chief pinning ceremony held in the ship's hangar bay.
