NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (May 11, 2018) -- Chief Warrant Officer 4 Fred G. Fisher, Jr., of El Paso, Texas, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), receives the American flag during a rendition of "Olde Glory" during his retirement ceremony at the Newport News Mariners’ Museum.
